Weaker: Open-ended series with no end date or success criteria.
Budget tied to activities
Stronger: Line items for venue, materials, travel, or content production with amounts.
Weaker: Single lump sum with no breakdown.
Reporting plan
Stronger: Short public write-up, privacy-safe photos or notes, link to materials created.
Weaker: No plan for sharing what happened.
